They have almost always arrived in family contexts, either accompanied by their parents or, in some cases, reunited with them in Argentina sometime later. Their moves have been linked to the search for better living conditions, more educational opportunities, and future employment options.

This paper aims to analyze the extent to which the rights of migrant children and adolescents have been specifically addressed under Migration Law 25.871. Three topics of analysis are proposed: a) the concept of migrant childhood, which allows addressing and understanding their participation and role in migration processes; b) the migration paradigm shift in Argentina, addressing the most significant modifications brought about by the entry into force of Law 25.871; and c) children's rights in the Migration Law, which allows us to address the challenges facing the migrant population. Three topics of analysis are proposed: a) the concept of migrant children, which allows us to address and understand their participation and role in migration processes; b) the migration paradigm shift in Argentina, dealing with the most significant modifications brought about by the enactment of Law 25.871; and c) children's rights under the Migration Law, which makes it possible to identify the challenges involved in fulfillment of the rights of the migrant population. It is concluded that there is still a lack of sufficient understanding regarding the impact of immigration regulations on children and the need to interpret such laws considering the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to highlight the enactment of the Comprehensive Protection Law (No. 26.061) for the Rights of Children and Adolescents that ratifies another paradigm shift, making domestic legislation compatible with the obligations established by the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Furthermore, it poses the challenge of articulating both approaches to enhance and ensure the protection of the rights of migrant children and their families, thus guaranteeing the effective implementation of the rights recognized in both laws.
2025-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Laura Fabiola Del Valle Aramayo; Ignacio Bejarano http://ediciones.ucse.edu.ar/ojsucse/index.php/difusiones/article/view/822 RED WORM: REFLECTIONS ON ITS POTENTIAL AS A NUTRIENT RECYCLER Resumen 2025-07-04T12:47:45+00:00 Daniel Alfredo Lamberti lamberti.daniel@inta.gob.ar
This essay explores the potential of the red Californian worm (Eisenia fetida) in the transformation of organic waste into high-value plant nutrients—a crucial life-supporting process. This lack of measures responds to internal issues in the design and production of clothing brands at a national and international level, generating limitations in the availability of large sizes, a situation that is outside the responsibility and possibilities of businesses. Faced with this situation, the public's demand for sizes of fat bodies remains unanswered.

Assuming a qualitative approach, we seek to hear voices from diverse bodies that express the limited availability of large clothing sizes as one of the many problems that affect groups systematically affected by forms of discrimination, including fatphobia.

The interest in understanding the reactions and behaviors of this population becomes relevant if we consider a contemporary context in which the ideal of beauty materializes in thin body figures, which could lead to the adoption of extreme behaviors, a substantial issue in the study of factors risk of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, depression, social anxiety, among others.

In this way we were able to learn about the current situation of the supply and availability of large sizes in the capital of Jujuy. This project was contextualized as part of a set of different academic spaces that aimed to promote the construction of a discourse that positions body diversity on the agenda in addition to making visible and raising awareness about fatphobia and its negative impact on comprehensive health, thus recognizing new paradigms. that admit a diversity of bodies in equally diverse sociocultural settings.
2025-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Florencia del Rosario Cano, María Elisa Aparicio http://ediciones.ucse.edu.ar/ojsucse/index.php/difusiones/article/view/753 FOUNDATIONS FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF ACCESSIBILITY IN HERITAGE BUILDINGS IN SAN SALVADOR DE JUJUY 2025-05-05T19:17:43+00:00 Lucía Barreto luciabarreto@fhycs.unju.edu.ar Paula Gomez pgomez@fi.unju.edu.ar Carmen Elena Villacorta carmenelenavz@hotmail.com Mauro Alejandro Barreto barretomauro365@gmail.com Gonzalo Daniel Benencia argentum886@gmail.com Emilia Vaira Remondegüi vairaemilia@gmail.com Florencia Gisel Cejas flor.gissel.cejas@gmail.com Silvia Elisa Quirós elisajujuy2@gmail.com Josefina del Milagro Cruz milicruzz28@gmail.com Gabriela Solano gabsol132@gmail.com
This research proposal arises from the fundamental need to guarantee equitable access to our province heritage.
